The List

So, I got this idea one day while walking in the park with Dunning and feeling particularly alive and grateful for my life. The idea is a list, a list of things I have always wanted to do or needed to do and just never had the time or energy to do them. Now that I am staying at home, I have more opportunities to do these things - although not necessarily always the energy. But it's my goal to complete/habitualize the following things:

- Read my Bible once a day
- Practice yoga three times a week
- Run a 5k
- Paint more often (i.e., more than once a year!)
- Volunteer
- Sky dive (don't tell Mikel!)
- Climb that rock wall at Lewis and Clark
- Sing Karaoke
