Fantastic in a "vintage" circa 1995 dress and "jewels."This year my mom's club had a fabulous Oscar party. Most of us got dressed up, walked a red "carpet," faced the papparazzi and had yummy appetizers and champagne. It was a great time with the gals, even though I lost the Oscar pool. We pitched in $5 and voted on a ballot. We then quieted down long enough to hear them announce the winners for each category and added up our points (more points for categories like Best Actor, less for stuff like Best Animated Short, etc.). It was so much fun and we are going to make it an annual event! Holly and Jules even disappeared half way through the night and re-emerged after making a wardrobe change in to another gown! Next year, I hope to find a nice dress circa 1984. Fabu!
